Career in Chip Industry - Navigating Challenges, Embracing Opportunities
We’re delighted to present the key moments from today’s seminar, a collaborative effort by the IEEE Photonics Society Student Branch Chapter and Optica Bangladesh Student Chapter, University of Dhaka.
Our Speaker, Dr. Naznin Akter covered the basics of the semiconductor industry, starting from the collection of sand for the silica to the final step of packing it into a fully functional chip that powers our daily lives. Afterwards, she shared her inspiring journey of how she achieved something she only dreamed of as a young student, a job at Intel and working in the heart of the industry.
She encouraged the students to dream as she did, and to stay dedicated to their passion
The event was an outstanding success, and the tremendous support and enthusiasm from all attendees were truly remarkable.
